Accommodation Calendar
Students who are granted accommodation for the 2024-2025 academic year should present themselves at the dormitory where they have been assigned as follows:
- September 28th, 2024 - First-year undergraduate students
- September 29th and 30th, 2024 - Students granted accommodation, except for first-year undergraduate students.
Accommodation is scheduled between 08:00 and 16:00.
According to Article 7, paragraph 2 of the University of Craiova's Accommodation Regulations, the accommodation spot must be taken individually and directly by each student, based on an IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD, PASSPORT WITH STUDENT VISA, OR RESIDENCE PERMIT). The exception is made for first-year students, ethnic Romanians, and non-EU students, who must present themselves within a maximum of 30 days from obtaining the visa.
Students who do not present themselves on the scheduled date to take possession of the room and sign the rental contract will lose their accommodation spot and will only be eligible for accommodation based on the remaining available spots after October 1st, 2024.
Any significant issues that may prevent a student from attending on the scheduled date and that require rescheduling, which must be no later than September 30th, 2024, at 16:00, fall under the responsibility of the faculty's accommodation committee, provided that they are resolved before this deadline.
Students are kindly asked to respect the schedule for showing up at the dormitories where they have been assigned.
